Nagaland  is a part of North East India. It is bounded by Myanmar in the east Assam to the west, Arunachal Pradesh and part of Assam to the north, Burma to the east and Manipur to the south. The state capital is Kohima, and the biggest city is Dimapur.In Nagaland there are basically hill areas . Mount Saramati is the highest peak in Nagaland with a height of 3,840 meters .

In Nagaland,there are eleven districts: Kohima, Phek, Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto, Tuensang, Mon, Dimapur, Kiphire, Longleng and Peren. Agriculture is  major  economic activity in Nagaland. Principal crops are rice, corn, millets, pulses, tobacco, oilseeds, sugarcane, potatoes and .Other economy activities are forestry, cottage industries,  real estate and tourism.There is a rich traditional and cultural heritage in Nagaland.It is a trival area and naga is the main trive How to Reach

Airport: Dimapur is the only airport in Nagaland India and  connected with  the rest of the country

Rail station: The important railhead in Nagaland India is Dimapur on the North Eastern Railway Track.
